We live in an age where fast food and 2-day shipping has spoiled our ability to be patient. Convenience can be lovely, however what’s happened is we now expect everything to be done quickly. I have to tell you that change, real deep change, does not happen this way. The therapeutic process requires slowing down, consistency, and commitment. Research shows that depth therapies, such as psychodynamic treatment, has greater change upon ending treatment than short term behavior based therapies. Research also indicates continued growth upon followup months after treatment! Short-term behavior based therapies can provide symptom relief, however the relief is often temporary leading to relapse and falling back into the same stuck places. Behavior modification can be greatly beneficial for symptom relief, however we must go beyond the surface of behavior to access deeper longer lasting change.
Investment of Time
Due to the type of therapy I offer I require weekly sessions. Each client has their own set time that is just for them. It becomes their weekly ritual and space to explore any and all parts of self.

Couples Sessions $185
I do not bill insurance and am considered an Out of Network provider. I can provide a Superbill if you would like to submit to insurance on your own for Out of Network benefits.
I take all forms of cash payment, including cash, check, all major credit cards, FSA & HSA accounts.
